Caroline is a second-year MBA student at Ross School of Business with a Data and Business Analytics Concentration. Prior to graduate school, she worked first at a startup that expanded internet access in emerging markets and then at a nonprofit that connected under-resourced small businesses with the resources needed to grow and sustain. At those organizations, she spearheaded efforts around strategic cross-sector partnership development as well as business development. Most recently, Caroline worked full-time as an artist, completing residencies across the world and exhibiting her work internationally. During these years at Ross, Caroline is exploring the ways that business and art can be fused under the umbrella of design thinking in order to drive more sustainable and human-centered cross-sector social impact initiatives.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College, knows more about killer whales than is necessary, and has a growing list of band names (200+)-- and no band.
