Narmada Murugan is a third-year JD candidate at the University of Michigan Law School and is a 2nd year legal associate on the Social Venture Fund. Narmada holds a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. At the law school, she is on the Editorial Board of the Michigan Technology Law Review and has served as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
During her time at Michigan Law, Narmada has interned in the Silicon Valley with Gunderson Dettmer (1L summer), the Sequoia Heritage Fund (2L fall/winter semesters), and Cooley (2L Summer). She hopes to specialize in the emerging company and venture capital space.
Outside of school, Narmada enjoys watching period dramas and stand up comedy specials, exploring new recipes and local restaurants, and traveling.
