Thursday, November 21, 2019 -
12:00pm to 1:00pm
ZLI - R3200

Space is limited for this innovative session. Please RSVP to zlistartupseries@umich.edu
Customers should be the driving force for your business, product, or service, but how much do you actually know about their needs? In this workshop you will be introduced to the concept of user research, which will allow you to better understand the wants and needs of your customers. Learn what questions are most important to ask your customers and how to incorporate their responses into your business model. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, business ideas they are working on, or examples from their start ups. Spots are limited. This interactive session will be facilitated by experienced School of Information Master's students.
