Zell Lurie Institute Startup Workshop: Conducting Effective User Interviews

Join Michigan Open UX, a student organization dedicated to teaching and performing user experience work, for an introduction on how to conduct user interviews. User interviews are essential tools to learn about behaviors, motivations, and pain points from users. In this event you will learn how to lead and conduct effective interviews by asking ethnographic questions and answering key research objectives. We will also discuss interview analysis techniques as well as potential deliverables to bring back to key stakeholders.
