The purpose of this session is to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the legal aspects of your new venture. These questions could focus on protecting intellectual property, setting up the entity and distributing equity, bringing on others to work for you (employees, independent contractors, interns, etc), or other legal questions you may have. Facilitated by Michigan Law students with the ZEAL Law Clinic.
