Acquiring an existing small business can be a great way to become an entrepreneur without having to start from scratch. You’ll inherit a customer base, established operations, and brand recognition. We’ll discuss the pros and cons of this approach, how to find and evaluate potential acquisition targets, and how to structure and negotiate a deal.
