The focus of this session is to give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the organizational, legal, and logistical elements of launching a business. We’ll have no pre-made slides for this session, so please come prepared with questions to ask. These questions could focus on forming a legal entity (LLC or corporation), distribution of founders’ equity, the mechanics of company formation – state filings, developing founding company documents, opening a bank account, and more.
