It’s hard to know what you don’t know! In this session, law students will cover the most important legal issues that they wish startups knew. They will cover topics like what to discuss with co-founders, what VCs look for from a legal perspective, and what absolutely must be in your software developer’s contract. We will allow time at the end for Q&A on the topics presented. Facilitated by the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic.
