ZLI Startup Workshop: User Testing Your Product

Mar 27 2017

Starts at
Michigan Ross - R0220

A key precept in user centered design is to continually get feedback from your users. A common technique used to do this is user testing, which involves asking users to complete a series of tasks using your product and observing them while they do so. In this hands-on workshop, we will not only discuss how to user test your product, but you will also write a user testing script and conduct a user test on your own prototype during the workshop. This workshop will be most impactful for those who can bring a set of wireframes or a prototype which can be user tested during the session. Facilitated by Rashmi Menon, Ross faculty and ZLI Entrepreneur in Residence.
All ZLI Startup Workshops are free and open to the public.
