Pedro Guillen currently serves as Director of Industry Services at Next Energy. Pedro focuses on the advancement and development of clean renewable technologies. He joined Next Energy in 2009, and has contributed his expertise in diverse clean energy and transportation projects. Areas of expertise include product commercialization, technology road mapping and manufacturing strategy. Prior to joining Next Energy Pedro worked for various clean technology, and defense consultants. Pedro has led global engineering teams focused in new product development and operations management. Pedro has taught corporate seminars in the areas of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Product Development.
Pedro received his MBA from the Ross Business School, University of Michigan. Pedro holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan. He also received dual B.S. degrees from Columbia University with concentrations in Mechanical Engineering and Liberal Arts.
