Jeffrey D. Weedman

Weedman Ventures LLC

Jeff is currently CEO and Principal of Weedman Ventures LLC. He is also an Independent Board Director, Angel Investor and Consultant. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of Cintrifuse and Vice President of Global Business Development at The Procter & Gamble Company.

At P&G, Jeff held senior functional roles in Marketing, Sales, Finance and general management running consumer and institutional businesses in the U.S. and Canada. Jeff then founded and led P&G's Global Business Development--responsible for worldwide Acquisitions/Divestitures, Trademark/Patent, Licensing and leading P&G's Open Innovation Platform (Connect & Develop). Jeff negotiated and led the signing of deals (every 2.5 days for a decade) with companies, individuals, Universities and Governments across the US, Europe and Asia.

As Founder/ CEO, Jeff led the creation of Cintrifuse--a Cincinnati based innovation network designed to make the region a global destination for high potential startups. Cintrifuse provides startup's with preferred access to capital, space and most importantly, companies that could be beta customers, investors or acquirers. Cintrifuse also raised $55MM+ in an early stage fund of funds, the largest ever first time fund of its type. He also secured a $16MM permanent, completely restored campus, in the heart of Cincinnati's downtown, urban renewal core as a base for startups, VC’s, mentors etc

Jeff received his bachelor's degree from Albion College and his MBA from the University of Michigan
