Michelle Wander serves as a Program Manager for the Zell Lurie Institute. In this role, she supports the institute's student programs including the Zell Lab for Technologies, Zell Entrepreneurs, and the Zell Lurie Internship Program. Additionally, she leads ZLI's FIVE Ideas workshops, which provide hands-on experience in design thinking strategies and creative problem solving. Michelle brings a strong background in communications and innovation, having managed a social impact focused entrepreneurship program in her previous role. She excels in pitch coaching, visual design, and writing.

Michelle graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, minoring in Gender and Health. She was a high-level gymnast and believes in the power of supporting others to reach their highest potential.
