Carter is a second year MBA/MS candidate at the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability.
Prior to attending the University of Michigan, Carter worked at the non-profit Field to Market, empowering a diverse coalition of agriculture stakeholders to deliver conservation and climate solutions for American farmers. She is deeply committed to building a more resilient, just, and sustainable food and agriculture system through business.
Carter earned a BA in English from Columbia University. She is a life-long classical musician, a prize winning pie baker, and a national parks enthusiast.
