Sam Zell and Professor Stewart Thornhill Co-Author Forbes Article on the Importance of Entrepreneurship

Forbes recently featured  an article on the importance of entrepreneurship co-authored by American entrepreneur Sam Zell and Professor Stewart Thornhill, executive director of the Zell Lurie Institute. Titled, “America’s Start-Up Engine Is Spluttering. Here’s How To Rev It Up,” the article says that high-impact entrepreneurial education programs – like those facilitated through The Zell Lurie Institute – engage students in action-based learning, often providing seed money for qualifying startups and helping students gain access to financial backers. These types of programs not only nurture young start-ups, but cultivate innovation that is essential in fueling a growing economy.
