The 30th annual Michigan Business Challenge had yet another successful year, and we want to thank all 72 student teams for their participation in this year’s event. This year’s competition featured some outstanding ideas and business plans, and we feel confident that the winning teams have the power to make significant strides in their respective industries– whether they be in healthcare, energy management, or sports.

ExoDynamics, an ergonomic support device that enables healthcare practitioners who experience back problems to perform at their best in the operating room, was runner-up for the Pryor-Hale Award, and winner of the Williamson Award for Outstanding Business & Engineering Team
Focus, a combination device and application for physical therapy and training, was the big winner of the Pryor-Hale Award for Best Business, receiving $20,000.
CentriCycle, a non–profit working to improve healthcare in rural India through the implementation of sustainable diagnostic technology and education, won the Erb Award for Sustainability and $7,500.
