Woman-owned vegan jerky company Mindwell has received a $100,000 investment in order to change the way consumers see protein. The funds were raised by The Zell Founders Fund, a student-led venture capital seed fund based in the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Michigan.
