Shengxian Liu serves as the Marketing and Data Analytics Manager for the Zell Lurie Institute. In this role she is responsible for designing, executing, and delivering high-impact qualitative and quantitative research to further the mission and marketing goals of ZLI. Shengxian provides research-based insights and recommendations that improve our marketing and communications strategies and tactics. She is also responsible for optimizing ZLI’s digital campaigns, email, and web performance. She identifies and provides insights and recommendations based on data, and perform in-depth analysis of specific issues to understand and improve our marketing and communications efforts. She creates and maintains reports and dashboards and serves as our primary lead for our reporting needs across digital tactics.

Shengxian holds an MA from Michigan State University, an MA from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a BA in Chinese Linguistics and English Translation. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
